Inform Designer's Manual 2001

I have a copy of The Inform Designer's Manual by Graham Nelson, Forth Edition 2001. I only want cost of shipping for it.

For those that don't know it's how people write interactive text adventures like Zork. I've had this book since it was new and never used it. I figure that someone here might want it before it goes to the used book store and sits for years.
