So my three days off turned into being woken up in the middle of sleep yesterday to go down and get the store ready for inspection since the RGM couldn't do it, followed by being unable to sleep since by the time that was over, it was evening and that's when I am awake, followed by being told oh by the way, you're working tomorrow morning, so I'm ready for work now, followed by oh by the way you've got to cover a closing shift because the other shift manager can't be relied on for jack, followed by me saying I needed some goddanged sleep before that shift.

Supposedly, I still have one day off, tomorrow. Will do my best to finish this then. Jesus tap-dancing Christ, it's the game that I am not allowed to launch. Your gods have forbidden it I tells you.

This is all due to the other shift manager being fired.

And so, after only a year and 4 months, I am now the second highest ranked person in one of the busiest pizza places in Orlando. We go through people like toilet paper. I've literally seen no less than 30 people be terminated in the last month alone, and dozens more in the past few months before that.

It's a blood sport; a last-man-standing, battle to the death.
