Domino software

I need to sharpen my Dominoes skills. Is anyone familiar with any Dominoes software? Or even online games? Everything I've found for the iPad and/or PC has sucked.

Something with a configurable ruleset would be nice. The normal rules we play by are;
Multiples of five scoring
First double is spinner unless it's the first hand, then it's the big six.
Solo or teams is fine.
