Why is Harold Ramis in a wheelchair?

I guess this is the right forum for this. We saw him at Ravinia last week in a wheelchair. I poked around on the web for a bit and couldn't find anything. What's the SD?

Couldn't find any details. There's talk about GB3, and how he might be in a wheelchair in the movie. Only clues indicate it's because he's gained 1000 pounds.
