Stan Smith from American Dad would vote for Reagan and Jesus, in that order.

Nah, everyone else is pretty blue-collar in a blue state. (Well, Norm has a white-collar job, but he's not his own boss.) They're probably almost all Democrats. Maybe Sam and Frasier are Republicans--and Woody might be, he's Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.

Can't tell if you're joking, but C. Montgomery Burns is canonically a member of the Springfield Republican Party. So is "Rich Texan" (Yeeehaw!), Dr. Hibbert, Krusty, Sideshow Bob, Rainier "I am not Arnold" Wolfcastle, Fat Tony (I find that one hard to believe), the usual suspects like Flanders/Lovejoys, and Count Dracula.

I'd think John McClain would vote Republican, maybe Harry Callahan as well.
The Dude from The Big Lebowski would vote for Ron Paul, if he could remember to register to vote...but of course, he couldn't remember.
I think Indiana Jones would have voted Democrat, because he was there for FDR's administration and had a bad experience with Eisenhower...
I remember someone describing Callahan as somewhat close to libertarian. While he'd likely vote Republican, this quote from "Magnum Force" seem to show he could go either way.

Lieutenant Briggs
: You're a good cop, Harry. You had a chance to join my team, but you decided to stick with the system.
Harry Callahan: Briggs, I hate the goddamn system! But until someone comes along with changes that make sense, I'll stick with it.

Ned Flanders is a Christian Democrat. While not a socialist per se, he is the personification of "Love Thy Neighbor" and fully believes that we as a society need to do right by the underprivileged.

Dana Scully, Republican. Fox Mulder, Democrat.

Here's a tough one: anyone want to take a guess on Solid Snake? He feels like he was used and abandoned by the government, but surely his strong feelings about peace and nuclear non-proliferation must account for something?

Two-Face flips a coin in the voting both.
Captain America is definitely a Democrat, so is Spider-Man.
Anakin Skywalker - Republican.
Obi-Wan and Yoda - Democrats.

Nah, she's a royalist -- definitely Republican. Not like one of the crazies today, more like an Eisenhower Republican.

Ok, but you know that the definition of lowercase r "republican" is the antithesis of a royalist?*

Sounds about right though, not exactly a weak monarch, but not without democratic reform. All will be fine until the people find out how much she's spending from the royal coffers on hair-cinnamon bun work.

*Unless you're one of those far-right/far-left people on the internet who bemoans/celebrates your belief that the US "is not a democracy," confusing that term with "direct democracy" and republic with "representative democracy."

Also, she's not one of Nixon's "cloth coat" Republicans. I can't recall which Republican represented the fur coat Republicans. Mind you, I'm talking about dress code now, more an issue of elitism than right or left.

Captain America is conservative, but still votes Democrat in memory of FDR.

Nick Fury votes Republican because he's strong on defense.

The Hulk votes Green.

Eh. New York Republicans are very different from those outside of the Northeast, and tend to be pretty liberal even for that region. I have no gripe with them, except that they tend to endorse crazier republicans elsewhere.

Born and raised in Texas, conservative, religious, traditional, strong 'family values' includes several close friends of mine. None of them have any problems with Teh Gay. Conservatism holds a really big umbrella, and even where they're concerned about the 'decay of moral fabric' they tend to also love their neighbors. One has a very gay brother and they all have gay friends who they love, honor, and cherish. It takes all sorts to make a world.

I was reading an article somewhere where they were discussing Superman's immigration status. I think the determination was that an abandoned child found in the US is deemed to be a US citizen unless proof is found before the child turns 18 (I'm not sure if the proof has to be presented to a court or INS to 'count'). If the child turns 18 and proof is later found of foreign birth, he is still deemed a citizen because it's too late now. Arguably, you might also also make the case that the spaceship he was sent in was an artificial birthing chamber and therefore he was actually "born" on US soil as he came out of the ship only after it landed in Kansas.

The born-on-US-soil bit was definitely true in the Byrne revamp.

What do you mean lost?! I think the US comes out a net winner in that situation, so long as she never reverts back to Robin Sparkles.

Also, technically, she has dual citizenship with Canada. That way, she could rob a liquor store while still saying sorry when someone bumps into her.

Also, she's scared of the dark.

Ok, she's not scared of the dark...she doesn't like it, but who does?

Seasons 1-10 Ned fits this, but in later seasons the writers turned Ned into your typical "God hate fags," "teach creationism in school," etc... style-Christian.

I didn't see him mentioned yet...

The Wire's Jimmy McNulty probably votes in police union elections. Maybe he votes for mayor of Baltimore. Otherwise, he couldn't care less. There was a great scene with Theresa D'Agostino, where Theresa is talking about the 2004 presidential election, and McNulty says something like "what do either of these guys know about what goes on in West Baltimore?" He doesn't know the first thing about either of them. Theresa is horrified, and she quickly drains her glass of wine so she can get drunk enough to still be able to sleep with him. If you're sitting across the table from a sexy political advisor and wanting to get into bed with her, and you still can't fake an interest in politics, then I'm going to guess you don't make a special trip to the polling place early on Tuesday morning.
