SDMB 2012 Postcard Exchange: Final Round!
Hi, all - here's the thread for the final round.

As discussed in the previous thread, deadline for sign-up will be September 15. I'll send out the new recipients by pm shortly thereafter.

I'm in, but I think the people who didn't send their cards last time should not be allowed to participate. I didn't receive all of my cards and it sucks to quickly send mine out on time and have someone else send nothing.

Yes please. I bought some appropriately winter-themed cards while I was skiing. Not that they're really appropriate now though, because spring has well and truly arrived.

My cards might be a bit late in getting out - they are currently in Luanda, while I am 200 miles off the coast. They will get through somehow though.

Sorry for the delay everyone - was on the road last week and had to catch up on some things.

How about everyone gets their cards in the mail by Monday, October 1? And please remember to post here when you've posted your cards, and also when you receive them.

Oh, and one housekeeping matter - once this round is over, I will be deleting all my pm's, e-mails and my address grid - I won't be keeping everyone's personal contact info.

Got my names 9/22 ... will get cooooool (I hope) cards Monday & send them out.

In the meantime, the wonderful USPS LOST my giftie to a friend I hadn't seen in 45+ years. And I sent it via PRIORITY MAIL. Is nothing sacred?????

Let's hope my lil' postcards fare better.

I'd have no objection to your keeping it. Might save you some work later (unless you are well and truly done with being our hard-working postcard impresario).
