cysts on my head

when i was about ten i noticed a little bump beginning to form in the middle of my head about an inch or so back from my hairline. when i was fourteen i had it removed. two years later it was back, same exact spot. when i was 19 i noticed another one growing, this time to the left of the crown of my head. this one is much smaller and is often hard to find, but the first one bothers me. due to my part and the scarring from the first cyst, you can see it. i don't think that it is dangerous in any way, but it is rather embarassing and has made me a little self conscious when people touch my head (it happens more often then you would think since i am rather short).

the question is, is there any point of removing it? would it just grow back a third time? and is it possible to remove it without getting a bigger bald spot where it is?
