A question for Quicken Home & Business users

I have used Quicken for years and really like it. However, there is one feature that I am not sure of.

When printing monthly statements, you only have a choice of entering the dates you want that statement to cover. Normally this works out fine, but, perhaps you have a customer with current invoices and one old invoice that you want to show on the statement.

Is there any way to reflect only those unpaid invoices without showing all transactions from the previous year?

I cannot find a satisafactory answer on the website, and really don't want to pay $1.95 a minute for something as seemingly simple as this.
