Know anything about weather stations?

I want to buy one for my technophobe grandparents this Christmas.

This one has the features I want: Outdoor temperature; outdoor humidity; barometric pressure; automatic clock. The rest of the features are nice but extra.

Almost as important: It's in my price range.

But I'm looking for some more hands-on information. Once I hit all the buttons to set it up will gramma and grampa have to do anything else to make it work? Anyone have any suggestions?
