Looking for RCA to VGA cables, in a store.

I'm looking to use my computer monitor as a television. It will be hooked up through a tivo.... unfortunately, my monitor only has a VGA port.

I saw some RCA to VGA adapters online and they're exactly what I'm looking for. However, I'd like to run to the store and pick them up today instead of waiting for shipping (I'm not that impatient, just about to hit the road traveling)

Where have you seen these cables/adapter in store? I couldn't find them on best buy or radioshack's website....
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
