Olympic Rules...
I LOVE LOOPHOLES AND BENDING RULES!!!
Is there anything in the Olympic rules to actually say a country's athelite has to be a human being? It might be against the "Olympic Spirit" to say, enter a Greyhound for Team GB's 100m, but is there an actual rule against it?
