Id this song? [Oh, what a night] Not the Four Seasons

I heard it on the piped in music in a grocery story today. It was a female vocalist (possibly a group, but it seemed to just have one main singer), and the only line I could make out was 'Oh, what a night!' Did not sound to have anything remotely resembling the Four Seasons' hit, and it sounded as thought it was more or less a recent song (last 10 years, maybe even last week, for all I know).

Have at it!

I found this:

https://answers.yahoo.com/question/i...2175339AAnzvCR

Quote:
"Oh, What a Night" has been covered by Tracy Ullman (1983), Lester Bowie (1986), The Moonlighters (1988), Nick Kamen (1988), Barbrara Jones (1995), Donnie & the Del Chords (1999), and Unisoghn (2001).
Does that help?

There's Oh What a Night by Lil Jon - not female, but higher-pitched autotune voice. But I doubt you'd hear this in a grocery store.

A more likely possibility is Oh What a Night by Elle Varner.

What A Night by Kat DeLuna references the Four Seasons' version musically, but isn't a cover.

The Dells had a song by that name, but that was an all-male group. Perhaps it was covered by others.

Do you think it could've been this remix (actually, listen to it here) ? I remember when it was popular in the early-to-mid 90s - they played it at my senior prom!
