One of the early rock and roll artists of the 50s, whose big hit Do You Want To Dance was covered by The Beach Boys and The Ramones. Linkie.

I remember being very impressed with Bette Midler's sultry cover of the song. Freeman was just a kid when he cut that record, one of many teen heartthrobs of the day.
