I screwed up big time on the states question. As I recall, my thinking was somewhere along the line of "Let's see. There's Mississippi, Missouri, Montana...and Michigan. Is it four? Oh yeah, there's Maryland. That's five... that's a lot so there probably aren't any other ones."
