I'll give anybody a pass on saying something kind of stupid when he's out there talking all day every day for weeks on end. I've certainly tried to tell some jokes off the cuff that ended up coming out as weird and kind of stupid.
If Obama had said this we'd be hearing about it hourly on Fox News and the right-wing blogosphere would be griping that the Lamestream Media is just showing its colors by not breaking into its regular programming with a Special Report. |

Well, I think this one is going to hurt more: Romney just acknowledged in a speech that Obama has not raised taxes. This undercuts claims Republicans have been making for a while, as well as the claim that the Obamacare mandate is a tax.

It's Wikipedia, but it's a good summary of the gubernatorial campaign.
John Kerry would kick his ass six ways from Sunday in a Senate matchup. |

I also, having seen the video, am sure Mitt Romney was just making a half-baked joke about the windows thing that happened to fall flat and which he probably regretted afterwards. We've all been there. Last edited by Indistinguishable; 09-26-2012 at 01:09 AM. Reason: Well, not specifically about windows for all of us, but the general principle... |
