It's more of a coffee table book, but I was very impressed with this:

It's called "Dark Lens" and it's a series of photos taken mainly in modern-day Dubai - tasteful HDR stuff - and then altered to put in characters from the Star Wars films. It works brilliantly well. I was particularly struck with a shot of an AT-AT emerging from the mist, and another one of Darth Vader contemplating what looks like a half-finished tower block. There's an extensive preview (pretty much the whole book, really) here.
