Anybody remember the website that promised no updates. Is it still there?

I remember a website, I think in the late 90s or so that had as it's gimmick that it was an unchanging area of the internet, as everywhere else was being updated and changed, this would be one spot that you could be sure would remain unchanging. Amongst other things, they had a few celebrity pictures, and gave the disclaimer that if they were sued for stealing the pictures they would take them down and steal some more but other than that they wouldn't change anything. Anybody remember this site, is it still there, has it changed at all?

I'm pretty sure the Space Jam web site hasn't been updated for the last 20 years. Check it out!

I think it was called "The Abandoned Pages", but I'm not finding it on Google. It was an early Weird Earl's; you might find it there.

The Really Big Button That Doesn't Do Anything was one of the first websites I remember seeing, and it hasn't been updated since 1999. It still doesn't do anything.

The Space Jam website is very close to the beginning; 1996. I first used a browser in 1995 (don't remember which one), but the web was very small in those days. One of my favorites was '<some name>'s Worst of the Web'. The owner would browse for badly designed websites.

Just looking at those old pages, eeeek!! Simple repeating-pattern non-scrolling .jpg backgrounds, frames, bright blue constantly highlighted hyperlinks, and GIFs GIFs GIFs everywhere you look!!!!

Zombo.com is still just as I remember it from years and years ago. And still a good time for those that remember the days of the web gold rush.

While others have found examples of unmaintained websites, I don't think that's quite what the OP is looking for. He's looking for one specific site, which had as its entire schtick the notion that it would be deliberately left unmaintained.

Fourmilab is still active, but stylistically clings to the 90s. (1999 archived page)

That would be Mirsky's Worst of the Web. I have no idea why I remember that.

At least in my browser, it refreshes the page.
