What's the point of Global Apocalypse if Wyoming can't have an aircraft carrier?

As someone who lived a bit in Wyoming it's always good to see them put a good solid entry into the crazy legislator sweepstakes.

I am highly disappointed that they have withdrawn the aircraft carrier plans. That was really the cherry on insanity Sundae. I am truly in awe of a brain that can answer the question "If society collapses what would a nation of 400,000 people 1500 miles from the ocean, and possessing 0 navigable waterways, and in general is a near desert , need on D day +1?" with "Aircraft carrier!" And then write it into a proposed law for the whole world to see.

At least Kentucky borders on two major rivers, and has two sizable man-made lakes at the west end. Submarines could be useful for, say, firing torpedoes at unlicensed fishermen on Lake Barkley.
