Is it possible to recover partial data from a blurry QR code?

If I have a blurry QR code that I combined from different frames of a video, would it be possible to recover part of the data from it?

You should be able to do better than that. There's clearly data between the top two squares in the first image. Even just putting the image in PowerPoint, and overlaying a grid of lines, you should be able pick out a lot of 1s and 0s. Playing around with constrast would help. It looks like you'd need to use different cutoffs between black and white for different parts of the image
