The Storm on Jupiter

Given that the storm on Jupiter (the big red swirling thingy) is three times the size of earth, and assuming that I had a house somehow floating in Jupiter's gaseous surface, how long would it take for the storm to pass over me? In other words, if I am just on the border of the storm and it starts to rain tomorrow, how long would I have to wait until I could leave the house with out an umbrella?
