In the song “Don’t Bring Me Down”, by the Electric Light Orchestra, theres a line where Jeff Lynn sings “Don’t bring me down,…Bruce,…Don’t bring me down,…Bruce,…!”

They play this song at least twice a week on the radio station I listen to, and it’s driving me nuts: Who the hell is Bruce?
