Food and dreams
You see references in movies and cartoons to the idea that dreams can be affected somehow by food eaten previous to falling asleep. Surely this is a myth, but I can't find anything that says that. Can anyone suggest a source for some hard facts about that? This has nothing to do with whether one sleeps well after eating something; just whether specific foods or types of foods have any kind of influence on the nature of subsequent dreams.
TIA! |

Pineapple juice makes me have very vivid dreams! It's kinda cool. Have a glass before bed time, and it's like going to the show to watch a movie.

Wow, this is the thread of the slow posters.
As to the OP, the UL I always hear is that eating Pizza before going to bed gave you nightmares. |
