I don't know, but the English don't sound like real contenders. I forget the exact quote, and am too lazy to look it up, but it was something along the line of English men treating horses better than women.

Of course that may have been more applicable in horse-intensive times, but the metaphorical truth could remain. But I dunno, I keep flashing back on glee's nonchalant presence in "Guy Stuff", when he casually licked his own ear and impressed the hell out of some pretty demanding ladies.

I'd say from my experience, it'd have to be an good ole' Irish-American, and by extension the Irish, but it could just have been the red hair.
