I’m trying to help my dad get his system back online after a Win98 re-install.

I’ve been unable to locate a driver for his modem (HP 56k V90 PCI FAX Modem) on an HP Vectra VL.

Can anyone point me to a source for this driver download?

You could try here. Scroll down to HP Vectra VL PCs and pick yours. HP has drivers on their site for most of their products, even those that are several years old.
