I like it the first way better. In the second one, it kinda looks like you want people to "Ask the Gay Guy" about being stupid rather than malicious.

Just MHO of course.

Ooo, I was looking at framing, not context. Hmmm, I suppose It could be cause and effect - the first one is "Ask the Gay Guy, and you'll say something stupid," the second is "Want to say something stupid? Ask the Gay Guy!" I suppose out of the two options, the first is better!

Let me try something first...

------------------
"Never assume a malicious intent when stupidity will explain just as well."
Ask the Gay Guy! (or, if you prefer the Jesusfied version, Asketh the damn Priest Guy!)

How's this? Does it differentiate between the two ideas enough?

(Thanks for the input, Manhattan. I'm coming to visit your name this weekend. )

Yes. That way works best.

And if you’re going to be in the Apple this weekend, you should join the NYC-area Dopers for Dinner .

Yoink! Good thing I changed it!

Now I've added a space for when Wally gets around to gracing me with a sig

Love that rainbow smilie!

Now, is my sig as it stands too long? Manhattan? Cajun?

OK, I really want to keep the "Ask the Gay Guy" line there, but I like my pithy new "I rock" line. So let's see what this looks like, and to hell with Wally!

(Ooo, did I say that out loud?)
