Help me finish my tune...sound clip inside.

So, today I felt inspired to record myself a nice folksy pop-rock tune.

Here it is.

As you can tell, it lacks a melody and/or some neato lyrics.

I was hoping some beautiful romantic artsy gal would come by and finish it for me, but, I thought in the event that doesn't occurr, I'd see what the ol' SDMB could offer.

It wasn't "live" in the sense that it was a performance before people that was recorded or anything, it was recorded track by track, usual studio method.

But real instruments were involved....I'm a guitar player....drums are not my forte, nor are they very easy to record, so here they're samples....but someone had to actually play them at some point
