I just thought that if anyone finds anything about the cite that wasn't politically correct, ( and I'm sure that someone that knows better than we do undoubtedly will) it could be debated in the proper forum.

I am a Marine Officer (IRR, Reserves). I have visited the Tomb of the Unknowns a half dozen times. If you are fishing for the fact that all soldiers are mentioned as males, please come out and say it. There are females in the Guard unit. They have a height restriction of between 5'11" and 6'4" to actually serve as a Guard.

Go on, man, spit it out.

I don't get it either. What's the question or debate? The site, quite obviously, is the FAQ about duty as a TOUS Guard. It's quite to be expected that it will contain motivational language exalting the commitment of those involved, but I see nothing in it that's controversial. Heck, it even contains debunkment of myths about the duty. And if there's some pious guilding of some facts about the rituals, well, that's to be expected.
(Though honestly, if a hurricane's knocking down trees and there's lightning striking, I would infer that a Higher Authority is telling us to at least be ready to hit the ground)

Every year on Columbus Day, the Knights of Columbus have an honor guard lay a wreath at the Tomb. The year I was Faithful Navigator (the chief executive of the KofC Fourth Degree unit that assigns the honor guard) my honor guard commander was a retired Army CSM. His son was a former Tomb guard, and, having introduced himself to the OIC, the Knights were given a tour of the quarters beneath the amphitheater where the on-duty guardsmen rest and a presentation about the roles and responsibilities of the Tomb's guards.

So far as I can recall, the information given in the OP's link is correct.

Assuming this was intended for GD and not GQ, the OP should be made aware that the proper way to start a debate is NOT, "Here's a list of claims. Identify any you disagree with."

Only one other female has volunteered for training as a sentinel, but she ultimately chose to withdraw. Still, Johnsen said she hopes other women will be encouraged by her achievement.
