Veterinary question - kittens and Feline Leukemia

OK, we have a FeLuk cat (Randy). My roommate decided to rescue a pregnant cat. I specifically mentioned the problem of having a FL-positive cat and was told that she'd check on it and find out what to do. I've come to realize that may not have happened.

The cat was almost due when she got it. The vet said the cat couldn't have a FeLuk vaccination while pregnant, so she housed it elsewhere for a few weeks. She brought cat & kittens home about 2 weeks after queening. She got momma-cat vaccinated on the way home.

Momma-cat has been in marginal contact with Randy on several occasions (those would be while she chased his butt all over the house). He's never been near the kittens. I know they're fed separately, but I'm not at all confident that she hasn't used the same bowls and/or let them clean up after each other.

What are my odds on having one momma-cat and six kittens who are now positive for feline leukemia? If so, what's the best course of action?

If momma-cat was vaccinated prior to our acquiring her (which is possible, I'm trying to find out), would the kittens have immunity (they're almost 8 weeks old now)? If so, how long will it last?

This is somewhat urgent, as I've just found out about how this all was done, and we've had people asking for kittens already.
