Supplemental 6@6 Poll #43: Post 6 Favorite Tracks By The Def Leppard
First: The Who’s, What’s, Where’s & Why’s of the Supplemental 6@6 Poll In an attempt to squeeze as many bands in the shortest amount of time possible, as a regular feature, The Tuesday 6 @ 6 Polls include a Headliner poll and a Supplemental poll. This Def Leppard poll, like the featured Doors and the Deep Purple Headliner Poll threads will be closed and tallied 7 days from today, Tuesday October 12, 2004 at or about 6PM EDT. Results from all the polls will be posted a few minutes later on that same day in Week #44’s Featured Bo Diddley 6 @ 6 Poll.Second: The Poll & How it Works All you have to do is list your six favorite tracks from this week’s featured artist. If you’d like to add your own liner notes or opinions, please go right ahead – I, for one, love reading them. If you specify a live version, it will be noted, but tallied with the studio version. 5. Rock Of Ages 4. Foolin' 3. Pour Some Sugar On Me 2. Bringin' On The Heartbreak 1. Photograph No. 6 was kind of a tough one. The top five were fairly easy picks, but I could have selected No. 6 from Animal, Love Bites, Armageddon It, Hysteria, Rocket or Me And My Wine. Animal wins out primarily because I heard it on the radio a few days ago, making it fresh in my mind.

#5- Pour Some Sugar On Me #4- Rock of Ages #3- Animal #2- Hysteria #1- Bringin' On the Heartbreak/Switch 625 I think of "Bringin' on the Heartbreak" and "Switch 625" as one... but if the scorekeeper disagrees, drop "Let's Get Rocked" and add "Switch 625" to my top 6.

5. Photograph 4. You Got Me Runnin' 3. Foolin' 2. Bringin' On The Heartbreak 1. Rock Rock (Till You Drop) All off of the first two albums. For me, there was a huge drop between Pyromania and Hysteria.

Switch 625 Lady Strange Pyromania Rock of Ages Rock Brigade Though I was only 10 I still remember when Pyromania came out. I still remember being on vacation in OC Maryland and this big, well to a ten year old, bald guy came walking up the street with Rock of Ages playing from his boom box.
