that is plain rediculous. did he jerk off while he was running? if not, then he doens’t deserve jail time. if i lived there, i’d move.

Six months?! I might understand a day or something to make him think “Damn, I could be at that graduation party but instead I ran around naked.”

Hey, I’m going to feel much safer during those six months when this guy’s “lethal weapon” is behind bars. This is almost as big a triumph for law enforcement as when they finally got that dangerous enemy of the state Cheech bin Marin.
Six months? It’s all mandatory?

Timely topic. I got my hometown (5000 people, eastern Montana) paper today and one of the front page headlines was: School Board: Streaking will be punished.
Apparently a couple of students streaked the homecoming football game, though apparently not all were nude. A couple of qoutes:
HS Principal: “I’ve received positive and negative comments on the streaking. Streaking is like going 75 in an 85 mph speed zone. There are consequences if you get caught.”
Board member: “The only problem is that the streakers ran while the dance team was performing. I look forward to seeing who will streak each year.”
Board member: “I have no problem with streaking so long as it is done in good taste, which is open to interpretation.”
HS Principal: “The administration needs parameters if the board doesn’t care so they can enforce the policy.”
Of course, someone has threatened to sue the school for sexual harrasment. A board member said, “It is sad that we have to look at litigation . . . they are spending a lot of time on trivial issues.”
Students who were nude may face police involvement.
The punishment for streaking - one day of out-of-school suspension.

THINK OF THE CHILDREN! We have to make SURE that they get it that the human body is too dirty / obsene / whatever to be seen. I mean, how else do we keep them from (gasp!) having sex!?
Not to mention dancing.
