Need Notebook PC Opinions

Lamaar, my faithful KDS notebook is on his deathbed so I need a replacement. I'm looking for a decent machine, but nothing fancy. The work I do is far more fartsy than artsy so graphics aren't a high priority although I do play the occasional game.

Any recomendations?

Anyone in particular to avoid?
