Where have LotR Actors turned up since LotR?

It took me a while to work it out but one of the bad guys in Chronicles of Riddick (Vaako) was Karl Urban (Eomer). And it also didn't click for a while that Van Helsing's slightly nerdy helper Carl is David Wenham (Faramir)

Anyone else noticed secondary characters (or even primary) turning up in films since the three LotR films?

One I'm looking forward to is Viggo Mortensen starring in David Cronenberg's A History of Violence, a movie currently in post-production. I have not read the graphic novel on which it is based, but I've heard good things about it.

I bet Urban got the job with CoR based purely on his expressive nod

Christopher Lee will be back in the next Star Wars movie, and I see will also be playing Willy Wonka's father in Tim Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. (Johnny Depp will apparently be Willy Wonka.)

And while it predates LoTR, I thought it was pretty cool that Brad Dourif was a main character in Myst III: Exile

Bernard Hill was in The Scorpion King. He invents gunpowder, so was obviously taking notes when Orthanc was overthrown.

Hugo Weaving was in a couple tiny, obscure sci-fi films about an alternate universe run by computers and powered by people farms. Something Reloaded. I forget exactly. Maybe you saw it?
