I’m sorry to hear about this, but I commend him for going public about his situation. Perhaps it will help with cancer awareness (obviously from my sig that’s an issue I am concerned about) and maybe give some people an extra push to stop smoking before it’s too late.
Although they don’t say how advanced his case is, I have a bad feeling just going by the article’s mention that it evidently went several months without being detected and that he apparently is not eligible for surgical removal of the tumor(s). Of course, you never can be sure how any particular individual’s case will go. I certainly hope his treatments prove successful!
