A Finnish McGuffin

Here's another McGuffin: the Sampo of the Finnish epic, "The Kalevala." The Sampo is a mysterious, valuable device that may or may not be a mill of some kind--to mill grain, as well as money. In general, it's just valuable and was tough to make (the only one capable of forging it was Ilmarinen, who also forged the sky).
