Which would be a full sentence and give all of us a chance to decide if we knew the answer. Of course, a subject of, 'onions'
doesn't really let us do that now, does it?

Maybe they don't want to pimp the question before they ask it. They're trying to make the headline a 'grabber'. Plus, if you ask it in the header, what do you have left for the message itself?

so what's the deal with ed and handy being listed as "guest"? Is it somthing the troll did, or is it just that when these posts were made, they realy were guests?

In the posts carried over from uBB, everybody before a certain date/time is considered a guest. This is not something the troll did.
