Ever had a really bad day, and instead of just getting upset over it you end up in a weird funk. Like some kind of mindless daze. That's today for me. Can't explain it. Woke up fine and happy. Then it just started to feel like everything was crumbling down around me. I even started to get upset at a friend for not returning something he borrowed after he emailed me to tell me he couldn't return it today (after a week of saying that every day, and promising the next day he would) but then just gave up on being upset and just fell into that daze again.

I do know what you mean Soulsling, I have been there many times. I usually end up feeling like doing absolutely nothing. I mean not reading, not TV, not sleeping, nothing. It goes away though.
So I really have no advice for ya, just that I feel your funk. |

Hey, honey. Chin up. I hate the doldrums. Ice cream helps. So do hot baths accompanied by loud music.
