Song Query

I don't know if the song I'm after was Australian (in which case none of you have probably heard it), or American, which it sounded like. It was doing the rounds about five years ago, and was a long folky song about a guy losing his mind because of rock and roll - the memorable part of the song went something like:

Burn and Rob
Burn and Rob
Rock and Roll made me want to Burn and Rob

I think he says at one point that music made him kill himself. The closest thing I can say it sounded like was one of the folkier songs by Beck or Ween. Actually, I don't know for sure it wasn't one of them.

Any ideas?

well, according to http://www.allmusic.com , there's a song called "burn and rob" on the album _burn in hell fuckers_ from the band lutefisk. http://allmusic.com/cg/x.dll?p=amg&sql=A258728 . it's from 1997, and they're off of bong load, which was (is) beck's label. mebbe he helped out.
