And thats not all! You get the ginsu knife set, the electric kiwi shaver, Mallard Fillmore, Dennis Miller (and his monkey!) PLUS Rush Limbaugh, the Orca of the Airwaves and noted chemical enthusiast AND the delightfully equine Ms. Ann Coulter! NOW how much would you pay?..
Hilarity, intended or otherwise, is bound to ensue. Be there or B[sup]2[/sup]!
Ford, look closely at the pictures that you yourself linked too. Anyone can see that Burke looks like an ungainly mastodon next to the much prettier Eva Longoria.
I’m of the opinion that Jon Stewart is an iconoclast and sees it as important that those in power shoul be deflated. It just so happens that lately Republicans have been in power. Should that change, I expect Stewart would poke fun at self-important and stupid Democrats and his audience would change.
It’s certainly possible to be funny while making fun of the left wing. But your motivation needs to be “being funny” over “making fun of the left wing”.
With the Democrats surging into power, this was inevitable. After all, what will Stewart do when people like Hillary, Pelosi, and Kennedy are in charge of everything? He’ll just have to fold up his tent and bow out.
Waverly, either one is a damn sight prettier than Coulter could possibly imagine herself to be (much less actually be).
I’ll make you a deal, you take the one on the left, and I’ll take the one on the right. Eva is too little for my tastes anyway.
My sentiments exactly. Look, I admit that The Daily Show with Jon Stewart is left of center, but the show wasn’t created with that in mind. It just kind of worked out that way. As such, it can still take potshots at lefties (and it does, from clueless hippies to John Kerry’s inability to speak a succinct sentence) or even transition from a show making fun of right-wing dominated government to mocking a left-wing dominated one, without betraying its core mission or audience.
It’s the difference between rock by a Christian musician and Christian Rock, if you get my meaning.
No kidding! “Hot” and Ann Coulter go together like ice-cream and Tabasco sauce.
Personally, were I twenty years younger, I wouldn’t mind one bit being the meat in this sandwich. But I guess, at my age, I’ll have to settle for just one of this
Sneaky; I believe you’re doing your own bit of satire, instead of just saying something stupid. It would take a lot more than some wins by the Democrats to give us a government that doesn’t practically demand to be made fun of, and provide plenty of targets of opportunity therefor.
