Finance management software

I'm beginning a home business, and have realised that I need to be keeping very accurate track of my finances. I have been using a spreadsheet to track my personal finances, but I'm going to need something a little more robust.

Once upon a time I used Quicken and thought it was a decent piece of software. Anyone using it currently? Like it? Are there other decent options out there?

How complicated is your business? I've found Quickbooks/Quicken to be fine for a one-person business I help a friend set up the books for.
