Cloves are not for sale in my home state, but I love 'em. I made a purchase on line about a year ago with no problems, but now you have to make your payment via Western Union. What’s with that? Is there a service fee? That whole thing just seems a little shady. Does anyone know where to buy cloves and pay using the conventional method?
It probably is shady; most online cigarette sales are from states which do not tax cigarettes, and evade your home state taxes as well. For that reason, these folks are reluctant to accept credit cards. \
FWIW, oklahoma-outlet.com sells cloves and uses an “e-check” system, which I think involves no extra transaction fees.
