Pocket text-to-digital for Mac?

I'm looking for a pocket-sized digitized tablet-and-stylus-type setup that would allow my to handwrite text and then later upload it to my Mac. What's available?

Are you going to write alot? For speech to text I use jott.com

I might write a lot. I don't want to use speech. I want to write by hand.

Of course, there's always the old notebook, but I'm looking for a toy!
