It’s a little late, but there’s still time for our annual Valentines exchange. Yay!
Rules are as follows:
If you are at least 18 years of age, and if you have a valid, paid subscription to the SDMB, you may participate.
Send an email to sdmbvalentine2008@gmail.com. Be sure to include your username, real name**, mailing address, and the ideal number of Valentine cards you would like to mail and receive.
If you live in the US, please state whether you are willing to mail to foreign countries. If you live outside the US, please don’t hesitate to sign up. This is open to everyone (erm… if you aren’t eliminated by the above rules, I mean).
I’ll take emails until 11:59p.m., Eastern time (GMT-5), February 1st. I’m aiming to distribute the lists Saturday morning, February 2nd. I’ll plan to have them out by 8:30 a.m. my time. Public displays of impatience and harrassment are forbidden until that time.

OK - I’ve responded to everyone who’s posted so far. BrattiAtti is also playing and has kindly shared her assignment methodology (and has thus saved me hours of figuring stuff out, I think).
I’m not sure what I’m doing as far as cards go. I’m having fun thinking about it, though.
Let me get this straight – everybody who participates actually sends everybody else real valentines? As in, postage and all that stuff? (Jeez, I hate being the new guy!)
Yep. It’s really cool. Some people make their own. Some include surprises. Some mail kiddie cards. Doesn’t really matter as long as you mail something. It’s a bright spot in mid-winter for those of us experiencing short gray days. Feel free to post more questions if you have any.
