Annoying Vista problem with a startup program

Everytime I boot my PC, the on-screen keyboard loads. I've looked into a few programs, including the startup program feature that Vista has and I cannot find the program to disable it from starting up.

So, does anyone have an idea what the program may be called or what I should look for in order to disable it?

Try installing "Spybot Search & Destroy" from Download.com. In Advanced Mode/Tools is a list of startup programs and there is a description of most of them. You just have to untick the box to stop a program loading.

Control Panel\Ease of Access Center\Use the computer without a mouse or keyboard. Uncheck "Use On-Screen Keyboard".
