DVD Burning Software and Parental Controls

Does anyone know of any DVD burning software that allows you to specify the parental content level whilst you're burning it?

Also, any utility that allows you to inspect the parental control level of an already-burnt DVD?

I've searched laboriously on this, and it's an option that seems largely bypassed by most of the major DVD packages. It's not a censorship thing, it's just that the DVD players at my gym won't accept DVD's lacking a parental control between 1 and 4 (G, PG, PG-13). Unrated DVD's wont' cut it, so I have to figure out how to put the parental stamp of approval on my burnt DVD's. Help appreciated.
