Wow, you're absolutely right.

You aren't the only one to find his looks oddly striking. I had not spotted the Menendez resemblance, but to me, his facial features scream "Scam artist! Scam artist!" with an exceptional level of urgency.

In another thread DanBlather mentions Mike Myers. My first inclination was toward William Devane. I guess what this means if nothing else is that there will be no shortage of candidates to portray him in the inevitable made for TV movie.
