Bloom County comic strip "Hire some broads"

My beloved employer has re-defined company policies on tracking their "diverse workforce" to include women. Because of this I have an unquenchable urge to find a copy of a specific Berkeley Breathed's Bloom County comic strip and post it on my cube wall.
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the series where Santa was caught up in a labor dispute? At one point the Elves are negotiating for changes in hiring a more gender diverse workforce to improve employee moral. "Hire some broads" says one, "Short broads" says another. Eventually the federal government intervenes and fires all the elves, replacing them with out of work air traffic controllers.
I think it was early in the Bloom County run, maybe 'Toons for Our Times?

I could be overlooking the series but I can't find it in there, Penguin Dreams and Stranger Things, Bloom County Babylon, Billy and the Boingers Bootleg, nor Tales Too Ticklish to Tell.

I do know the series you're referring to so I've seen it somewhere...
