What is this Family Guy "Bag Of Weed" song a parody of?

The tune is very familiar, what is it from? Mary Poppins, perhaps?

Yep, that's it, and, gotta admit, I really laughed my ass off to tears at that, especially the bong xylophone bit. What a Delight!

Admission time. When I was a kid and we'd watch Chitty Chitty Bang Bang every time it was on, I thought they were saying "Old Man's Shoe" in that song.

"Me Ol' Bamboo" was the only fun number in a dreadfully dull movie.

The only other positive angle to "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" was that Dick Van Dyke had learned his lesson, and didn't even TRY to sound English!

An understandable error, the Sherman Brothers wrote both.

And it does sound reminiscent of "Step In Time."

Thank you for asking this, OP. I've been racking my brains trying to think of what song they were parodying ever since I saw it Sunday night, but I never would have come up with the answer on my own—it's been too long since I've seeen Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

I see the parody, though does "Me Ole Bamboo" actually make sense in context?
