dealassistant.exe Trojan: Removal Help

Hi. I need to remove / delete dealassistant.exe. Lavasoft is ignoring it as is McAfee and I'm getting random crap IE windows popping up on my PC. I run Windows 64, service pack 2. Some suspicious processes in my Window Task manager are:

dealassistant.exe- VIRUS
csrss.exe - no description, I don't know what it is.
findbasic.exe- no description, I don't know what it is.
atiedxx.exe- no description, I don't know what it is.
CCC.exe- catalyst control center
MOM.exe- catalyst control center: Monitoring program

I've tried closing the tree, but it restarts and I can't find dealassistant.exe directly to delete it.

In the main computer thread there are many programs listed, but I don't want to load every program under the sun until I find the one that actually works against this virus. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Malware Bytes may be able to help. Its a nice program that is pretty good at tearing through most of the nastier infections (WinAntivirus and the like).

According to Google:
Atiedxx.exe is an ATI process: Non-critical.
findbasic.exe is malware, MalwareBytes should be able to kill it.
csrss.exe is a valid and necessary Windows process, although some forms of malware mimic it.
