I've been fearing this moment for months...

I'm taking Biology this year in school. I thought I was lucky that I went to an all-girls school, because, as all my classmates believed, one we hit human reproduction, if there were boys in the class, we'd be lost to fits of giggles and blushing.
I'm not as lucky as I thought.
We just reached this chapter the other day, and my class had already giggles insanly over PLANT reproduction. My good friend, sitting in front of me, turned and just gave me a look. "Here we go." I said, and waited for the inevitable.
Now, to give credit where credit is due, our teacher had a good deal of tact in dealing with this subject. She waited as long as possible to say "penis".
But, we had twenty minutes left in class, and just saying the word made the rest of the class time null and void.
Sweet Lord and Lady, I hate my class.
My school as a whole is screwed up.

Well, as it happens, the reason I'm posting this is because I'm in school and bored out of my mind.
Oh, the humanity!
But I'll let you get back to your lives.
I think that blunt force trauma to the head this weekend has affected my judgement....

How did "the" word get mentioned when you were talking about plants? Has something happened to plants since I was in school, or did I miss something?

Wonko I think she means the already did plants and just started the human reproduction but found some stuff about the plants funny. Am I right Deiket?

*smiles slightly* I wonder what they would have thought about some of our stuff in Physics.. it wasn't meant to be weird or sexual or anything but most of my class has a weird mind (as do I) so we were laughing at some stuff.

Yes, Topaz, you are correct. We were talking about plants and THEN moved on to humans. All in one day! Oh, the joy. Sorry 'bout that, when I type quickly I tend to leave some stuff out.

Although, there were the people who were describing which parts of our anatomy would be which parts on the plant....

And that whole seed/fruit fiasco....

My class is so strange. Needless to say, I'm one of the sane ones.... hehehe.....
