Radio program about ghosts/paranormal

In the 1990s there was a call-in radio show. The host talked about his experiences with ghosts and other paranormal activities. You could call in with your story and he would act as the go-between with you and your ghostly encounter. I cannot remember the guy's name. I want to say Joe something, like JoeGhost, but that doesn't seem right.

Anyone remember this?
